Terms and Conditions

Exhibitor/Sponsor authorizes the CEMC staff to reserve space for its exhibit at the Coastal Emergency Medicine Conference as indicated on the Exhibit/Sponsorship Agreement or as provided in the online registration form.

Exhibitor/Sponsor agrees to submit full payment for the exhibit space or the amount indicated for sponsorship. If for any reason, the meeting must be canceled, CEMC management is not liable for any costs other than entry space fees that are pre-paid. If the date or location must be changed for any reasons beyond management's control, it is agreed that the booth fee is non-refundable as long as an alternative date or location is provided with at least 30 days notice. Should Exhibitor/Sponsor decide to cancel this agreement and not exhibit at the event, a 50% refund will be issued if cancelled 30+ days prior to the meeting date. Cancellations 29 days or less before the meeting date are not eligible for a refund.

Exhibitor/Sponsor recognizes that the exhibit area may not be secured at all times and agrees to not hold the conference sponsors or the Kiawah Island Golf Resort liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Exhibitor/Sponsor agrees to support the regulations governing exhibits set forth in the Exhibitor Prospectus and the current Terms and Conditions found at www.coastalemergencymedicine.org.
